Escape the hustle and bustle and find peace at Hoeve Veganza, Groningen’s only 100% vegan B&B, nestled in the heart of enchanting Westerwolde. We offer a charming farmhouse with a spacious 5,000 m² garden, full of lovely spots to relax, unwind, and simply be.
Whether you’re coming for a romantic weekend, an active vacation, or just to unwind completely: Hoeve Veganza offers everything you need.
Sustainable and Welcoming
We believe in a sustainable world where respect for nature and animals is central. That is why we use only plant-based products and materials —from the food to the decor.
We have had the pleasure of welcoming many kind and inspiring guests. Many of them return and recommend us to their friends and family. What they appreciate most is our hospitality, the peace and quiet they find here, the beautiful surroundings, and the delicious food.
Delicious plant-based food
Start your day with a hearty vegan breakfast, prepared with organic and, whenever possible, locally sourced ingredients. Whether you’re staying in one of our cozy B&B rooms (breakfast included) or in our self-catering nature cottage (where, for a small additional fee of €15 per person, you can enjoy breakfast at the farm), you’ll enjoy a delicious and sustainable breakfast.
It is also possible, by reservation only, to dine with us in the evening (€25 per person).
Accommodation
- Our four comfortable rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need, including coffee and tea-making facilities, so you can start enjoying your stay right away. Each room sleeps two people and features tea and coffee-making facilities, a seating area, and a private bathroom.
- The entire back houseis available for guests’ use: a largeliving areaand a romantic sunroom. Meals are served in thesunroom.
- Country cottage. In addition to the rooms in the farmhouse, there is also a separate Country cottage on the property.

Miscellaneous
- We understand that you would like to bring your pet along on vacation. Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, we cannot allow pets at Hoeve Veganza.
- You can park on the premises and store your bicycles safely in our shed.
- We are certified by Cittaslow and recognized as VeganFriendly.
Surroundings
Our B&B is located in Vlagtwedde, in the municipality of Westerwolde (southeastern Groningen), an area rich in nature with countless hiking and biking trails. We’re situated along the Hanze Cycling Route, and the Noaberpad runs right past our farm.
